Back by popular demand, our much-loved Twilight Dinners will return in May!
There’s no better way to experience Core at its most magical.

As the sun dips behind the Perth Hills, the orchard glows golden and the air fills with the scent of summer. Settle in for dinner in the Orchard Bistro. Chef Miranda has crafted a special menu just for the occasion, featuring seasonal dishes, local produce and, of course, plenty of cider to sip as the sun sets.
