Escape to the Perth Hills this Summer.
The summer months mean harvest time! Early varieties of plums, pears and apples are harvested in summer through early autumn. It’s the best time to visit and enjoy a cold cider.
The full venue will be open Wednesday to Sunday from 11am – 4pm.
Book a table in the Orchard Bistro and experience our new Summer menu or find a shady spot in the Cider Garden for pizza and casual eats.
Don’t miss our January school holiday program! There’ll be plenty of fun for the kids including tractor rides and plum picking!
Experience the wonder of Core at dusk with our Twilight Dinners! Gather family, friends and favourite cider lovers to settle in for dinner overlooking the orchard at twilight.
Our Twilight Dinners are continuing on select Fridays during January & February. It’s the perfect excuse to get together this summer.

Our Summer Nights series is back!
Experience the wonder of Core at dusk with Summer Nights. Every Saturday from 13 January until 17 February we’ll be staying up a little later! A perfect sundowner for the whole family.
